How do I place an order?

Add your items to your cart and click through the checkout process. For sample boxes, you MUST complete the form below the "add to cart" button in order to customize your box. You can also call or text us at 912-224-4273 or DM us on Facebook or Instagram!

How much notice do you need?

Orders typically require a 48-hour lead time. We may be able to accommodate same-day or next-day requests, but orders within 48-hour lead time will incur a $5 rush fee.

How can I pay?

We accept cash, card, tap pay, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, & PayPal. However you want to pay, we'll make it happen!

Where and when is pickup?

You can select a pickup window during checkout. Pickups are typically offered at the bakehouse in Groton, CT, and the baker will confirm details with you once your order is accepted. We also offer pickup options in Clinton, CT for those who wish to purchase but live further away!

Do you offer delivery or shipping?

We may accommodate drop-offs upon request and availability. Unfortunately, shipping is not offered at this time.

Can I change or cancel an order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please call or text us at 912-224-4273 at your earliest convenience to notify the baker. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of pickup will not be refunded.

Where can I find ingredient and allergen information?

Accepted Answer

You can find ingredient and allergen information on individual product pages as well as on product labels. Please note that we work with a variety of ingredients, including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts, and peanuts. While we work hard to maintain a clean and safe kitchen, we cannot guarantee no cross-contamination. (This is a standard and legal notice for ALL commercial kitchens.)
