We took our classic pound cake, loaded it with fresh blueberries, and finished it off with homemade lemon glaze to make it zing. . .ama-zing, that is. With bursts of blueberry in each bite, who's to say a slice (or few) can't count towards your daily serving of fruit? Not us! Treat yourself to a piece, or grab a pan and share with friends on your next summer vacay, staycay, or payday!
